Avonlea Forest Hill Cottages is in the center of Cavendish. walking distance to the PEI National Park and other leading attractions and restaurants including Avonlea Village and Mariner's Cove Boardwalk.

Check-in time is 4PM-9PM. 

Check-out time is until 11AM.

All Reservations must be guaranteed with your Visa or MasterCard number.

When you book the cottage, there will be a 50% of the total amont requested. A confirmation email will be sent out to you after received deposit. The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 48 hours.

50% refund for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

To guarantee the best experience for our guests. we have a maximum number of people per cottage, which depends on cottage size. The maximum capacity of Homestead are 7 guests; Piping Plover cottage are 6 guests; sandpiper cottage are 5 guests and cozy carriage cottages is maximum for 4 guests.

  ***Exceed maximum capacity staying overnight will be charged $100 dollar per person per night. ***

For all units: Mid-May to End of October.  Heritage Homestead is also available in winter.

we are NOT a pet-friendly property. No pets allowed unless pre-approved by the property manager.

Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

We only accept the name that is Registered to check in. Photo ID will be requested.

Free wireless internet is provided, there is no password requested.

There are 4 fire pits located in the back field for guests to have their own campfire area. Please keep flames to a manageable height and extinguish completely when done. 

Please be aware of other guests in regards to safety, noise, and maintaining a family-friendly environment.

 All bath and kitchen linens as well as bedding are provided during your stay. Please DO NOT take our shower towels out to the lake. They are to remain in the cottage, please. Beach towels are provided. 

 If you smoke outside, please clean up after yourself. Any cigarette butts found on the property will be taken out of your Credit card.
